- We cannot ship to Post Office addresses. Military Service Postal Offices (APO/FPO/DPO) restrict shipping chocolate.
- All orders are packed to ensure the highest level of quality upon arrival. We pack to prevent breakage as well as minimizing any risk for melting. Time of year and weather conditions will alter packing types used, and in some cases may even delay shipping. Customers will be notified of any delay in shipping due to inclement weather or problems with regional shipping hubs that force a change in shipping schedules.
