Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address. For multiple address shipments, please place individual orders, this will incur multiple shipping charges.

  • Bedré Fine Chocolate ships Monday thru Wednesday.
  • For orders $1,000 and up, please contact customer service at 1-800-367-5390 to inquire for shipping cost.
  • For corporate orders, please contact customer service at 1-800-367-5390 for a custom corporate order quote. 
  • Bedre Fine Chocolate will add $2.00 for all delivery signature requests. 
  • We cannot ship to Post Office addresses. Military Service Postal Offices (APO/FPO/DPO) restrict shipping chocolate.
  • Please contact us at 1-800-367-5390 if you want an order shipped outside continental US (Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico).
  • All orders are packed to ensure the highest level of quality upon arrival. We pack to prevent breakage as well as minimizing any risk for melting. Time of year and weather conditions will alter packing types used, and in some cases may even delay shipping. Customers will be notified of any delay in shipping due to inclement weather or problems with regional shipping hubs that force a change in shipping schedules.

Replacements or Returns

Our goal is to provide superior customer service. If you believe your product has arrived in an unsatisfactory manner (e.g. melted, broken), our Customer Service Department must be contacted within 24 hours of product delivery in order to initiate the replacement process. Please call 1-800-367-5390, we are always happy to help and answer any questions.

Due to the nature or our product, safety standards and protocols require a “no return” policy, unless requested by our Customer Service Department.
