Official Rules

Important:  Please read these rules before entering this contest (the “BEDRE PHOTO CONTEST GIVEAWAY”).

By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. The Preference Update Giveaway is operated by LDWW. LDWW will share information regarding this promotion only with Bedré Fine Chocolate for marketing purposes. For the purposes of these rules

  1. LDWW is the digital marketing firm for Bedré Fine Chocolate. From July 18, 2022 through July 31, 2022, Bedré Fine Chocolate is giving away one (1) Chocolate Decadent Basket. 
  2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid I.D. to participate. Participants must claim their prize, a Chocolate Decadent Gift Basket, within twelve (12) hours of being notified about winning. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Bedré Fine Chocolate; employees of LDWW, employees of the Chickasaw Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Chickasaw Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Chickasaw Nation’s facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
  3. BEDRE PHOTO CONTEST GIVEAWAY will begin at 9 a.m. on July 18, 2022 and end at 11:59 a.m. on July 31, 2022. For participants to be eligible they must enter the contest via Bedré Fine Chocolate’s contest page.
  4. Contest participants are eligible to enter the sweepstakes multiple times during the contest period-begins 9 a.m. on July 18, 2022 and ends at 11:59 a.m. on July 31, 2022. One entry will be recorded per photo shared.
  5. Each photo submission must be an original photo and clearly display a Bedré product.
  6. The drawing will be held at approximately 12 p.m. on August 1, 2022. One (1) winner(s) will be selected and notified on the aforementioned date. The winner must respond within twelve (12) hours of receiving notification or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. In the event the winner is unable to accept the prize, a new winner will be drawn. If the winner is unable to, for any reason, accept any element of the prize, the winner will forfeit that portion of the prize to LDWW. LDWW will be the sole determinant of the winner.
  7. Winner(s) are required to claim their prize within twelve (12) hours of being notified about winning. 
  8. By submitting your photos in the giveaway, you are agreeing to allow Bedré Fine Chocolate to use your photos for marketing and promotional purposes. 
  9. LDWW expressly reserves the right to void any entry for any or no reason and/or to change, cancel, amend or modify any portion or all of this promotion at any time or times without notice for any or no reason.
  10. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
  11. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
